What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of OPWDD experience or equivalent experience in quality improvement, auditing, evaluation, or investigations.
- Valid NYS driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to agency locations; occasional evening/weekend availability required.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly OPWDD and NYS Justice Center standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct audits and investigations, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
