What We’re Looking For
- A caring, dependable person who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and build independence.
- High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of work experience required; experience supporting people with disabilities preferred. Associate Degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, respectful relationships with the individuals and families we support.
- A valid New York State driver’s license and access to an insured, registered vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours and provide hands-on support with daily living, community activities, and skill development.
